If I were in the bank's position and evaluating NVEI's history, such as it is, I'd sure want one of my people on the board BEFORE I'd make any commitment. That is a given, in my estimation. That we haven't heard of any loan - if it, indeed, is forthcoming - should be no surprise to anyone. When
and if it is granted, NVEI MUST announce it forthwith since it is an event of material importance - to say the least! No way can they sit on that info, nor would they WANT to, IMO.
