Can you PLEASE explain why you believe that "CBIS already has a foot print there".I am assuming "footprint" means engaging in some kind of distributions or they are ready to implement....can you provide any in depth information into this quote of yours as i am confused and curious considering at the bottom of the artical you posted it says the medical MJ is being provided by 4 national growing plants/pharms/whatev.
