im not real smart about understanding sometimes so what are we thinking.is it a pre planned sale just to get rid of some shares because sec requires it done that way...dumping shares cause no / bad news coming....or expecting price to go up so getting form 144 in place to sell after price goes up for big news...not really hearing anything one way or the other . i know its anyones guess but im just not that familiar with the company and board yet..
