OK,I'm convinced.
Even though Aurus could have turned this company around they have not and looks like would never pay the taxes owed to Deleware.
Without taxes paid company does not even legally exist.
It has been way to long for it to be just a temporary situation.
If Aurus really even had the $300,000.00 to pay divdends it would have been better spent on paying their taxes.
But it seems that if they even spent more than several thousand that their motitation was like you said.
Just selling worthless paper known as AURC.
I may not agree with all you say.
But it is a used up scam.
Maybe Dan Ryan will want to hijack this shell.
Doubt it though.
I seen an old website he was setting up that is now being launched out of Shanghai.
2.4 million is not enough of a fine for him.
Maybe the judge will at least double that.
