I was curious about this one also.
Looks like John Stanton was the chairman responsible for keeping Nanobac current in Florida after Mezo retired.
NNBP had their registered agent resign on October 29, 2009 and the company became inactive.
Stanton has an entire message board dedicated to him.

The question that I have, is how did Mezo walk away with NNBP assets and then offer these products through his private company?
This link went dead after a DD post that showed Mezo’s private company offering NNBPs products.

There is still some info here about Mezo on this site.

The silver lining is that maybe Gary Mezo can offer an
explanation to share holders of NNBP what happened on his blog.
The other things that make this a good lotto is that the company is inactive in Florida and cant dilute.

OS 249
Float is 55 mill
I am holding this as a lotto because of the share count, and because the last SEC filing for the company was April 15th 2008.
OTCBB stocks that fail to resign on the Bulletin Board, and list with pinksheets properly, are still within the scope of the SEC.
So, I am thinking that someone could put Mezo’s feet to the fire to explain his claimed ownership rights of Nanobac’s technology through his private company.
If not, he could still be investigated by the SEC and have to explain how Stanton ended up with a ticker, while Mezo ended up with the assets.
All In my opinion.
