Possible Dilution...is it possible once a merger candidate is found LOCN will have to heavily dilute their stock to complete said merger as stated in their Form 10G/12A that was filed on 10/28/2010?

Because it has no assets and a limited operating history, in the event the Company successfully acquires or merges with an operating business, it is likely that current stockholders will experience substantial dilution.
