I spoke with Sam today we had a brief conversation, I mentioned your idea of him going to the bank for a loan, he laughed at first, then he said that he would look into it?

I also think that he said the the conversation of the shares could not happen all at once and that they can only convert 4.9% of the shares a year. I will verify that before I post it in the IBox. This may not be a big concern as you may think. Give Sam a call he is willing to discuss the share structure with those that are concerned.

I am trying to put together a summary of the share structure as it is a bit more complicated than I thought. Any how today ws a great day and I am looking forward to many more.
