Counsel said this last Friday, and again last Tuesday, and again Today...what else is new? Counsel probably gets FOUR chances and a Get out of jail free Card, no? After all, its only $10M, according to Counsel, so why would they budge an inch? Who would expect them to do such a thing to conveinience the Court? Or is it the other way around?
