So, In regard to the BCFC discussion, which only emerged from Ms. Cornishes dialog, he said that he would only hear from those Objecting to that limited issue...He also said that he was done hearing from Equity or "SERP" objectors...he did say that he wanted no further submissions on those topics.
He then Cut Ms. Cornish off and said, "this is what we are going to do"
1. Debtor Re-files plan with any revisions by Monday 5 PM
2. Anyone who has previously filed an objection may file again by Wed. NOON
3. Reconvene telephonically (unless he changes his mind at the last minute) on THURS 11AM
Item 2 was in regard to the Plan as a Whole, not BCFC.
I dont know if he intended to confuse people, but he certainly did....might be best to send a query to his staff, just so we dont end up offending him, for not following his directions...
