They owned 3.2% as of June 30th, now at 5.2%. Nice to see an institution step up and say "we want more".

Incidentally, AVNR closed at 2.57 on June 30. Ingalls has added shares at higher prices since then.

If I could afford to buy all of them, I would not need to buy any of them and I sure wouldn't be spending time on the message boards!
