I just find it hard to believe that someone (Art Davis) That is supposedly tight lipped about any of the merger questions posed to him because he did not want to give insider info, would forget to put a safe harbor statement at the end of a press release. And if this is true he is at fault for knowing about the website and just now takes action. Doesn't add up.
