I love discussing things when there's respect from and for both sides. It never hurts to hear about someone else's point of view.

My personal opinion on PIHN: they're were rumours about this acquisition for months so we've had enough time for DD. I think it was a stupid idea to issue a PR as vague as the last one, but Kuni probably felt investor pressure to confirm that the deal is about to be closed
