Fair point. In a civil trial, the jury does not have to be unanimous (11 out of 13 in Massachusetts) and it decides upon "the preponderance of evidence," not 'beyond a reasonable doubt.' Also, juries generally punish people like Daic -- those who are bald-faced crooks who have stolen money from the public. YMMV.
