No one, because it isn't an article,it's an ad placed by GOIG or a related GOIG party imo. The mere fact that no writer's name or date is listed with the blurb points to it being an ad and not an unbiased article. I guess any "press" is could press....too bad this isn't "press" and is seen so easily as being a company concocted attempt at trying to portray us as getting new press.

It just makes the company look weak, you know, like how the stock has been trading according to Ike. I think of all of Ike's projections, estimations, declarations, etc, that the "trading weak" line has been the most accurate in the last 6 months.
