Re; your comment on Darvas boxes: short term the boxes are slanted.

How do you decide the slant. Is it based on prevailing trend or is it like a trading channel ?

Buy signals in his system, primarily seem to occur when it moves outside the boundary of a box. i get the impression though that in your case your strategy is "intra-box" trades. is that correct ?
