I contacted E-Trade just so some can see that you can NOT short OTC stocks

Penny stocks or OTCBB stocks cannot be sold short.

If you are interested in Short Selling, please find below the requirements for short selling:

- You must have a margin account.
- E*TRADE must be able to borrow the shares for you in the first
place.
- The security being sold short must be a marginable security.
- Short positions are subject to buy-in at any time if E*TRADE
cannot continue to borrow the security.
- Day orders only.
- OTCBB stocks are not eligible
