There was also a large 150K or so share buy at $3.65 right around 10:30 and nice EOD buying volume helped us close at $3.68

This goes along with roughly 2 million in shares purchased 2 days ago between 2 and 3 at roughly $3.70

It appears someone is accumulating a few shares.
