Seems like they are getting things more in order.. See Greg is listed on the Advisor Shares website as well which is good to see. Also I think they have been cleaning up the websites as I am sure I have been noticing some minor changes to both Advisor Shares website and Fund Com. That part about the fees that they earn is no longer in the presentation where it used to be not too long ago.
