And do you have the slightest bit of proof about this massive overhang of naked shorts?

La Jolla covered theirs years ago by exercising the convert. Why would anybody short a sub-penny anyways?

Have you heard of Universal Express? There were a lot of people talking about how they were going to pound the naked shorters on that one as well.
