I don't have an answer on what you should do at this point with your position, because you may be swayed and it wouldn't be fair if my prediction is wrong. I would research LOCN. There must have been a reason you took a position. imho this stock will get above .31 again mainly because of the homework I have done is how I have a postive opinion. No crystal ball here, just speculating using the tools provided...
