On SNY’s 3Q10 CC, CEO Chris Viehbacher and COO Hanspeter Spek openly ridiculed Amphastar’s desperation in resorting to suing the FDA. They evidently didn’t see the irony in their remarks.

“The efficient-market hypothesis may be
the foremost piece of B.S. ever promulgated
in any area of human knowledge!”
