It's appropriate that I sound confused. I am.
Let me try one more time. From what I know of PAP and PSMA, if I were going to design a cancer vaccine, I would base it on the latter. But, the fact is that a vaccine based on PAP shows promise of being effective at improving survival, safe, and likely to be approved years before any product based on PSMA. So, my money is on DNDN. I think I'm trying to say that I think DNDN is a good bet as an investment, but I have scientific doubts about the long-term prospects for Provenge.
