HollywoodHills - Though I have nothing "tangible" to back it up, I do recall a few years ago people questioned the Fred Falk-Helmut Falk connection. Seems someone asked RP about it, and the answer was "no relationship". Also, check to verify Helmut's last name; is it Falk or Faulk?

Again, nothing "tangible", just a recollection.

I too am anxious to hear something (anything) about the installed version of the digE. Recently someone reported that, per an RP call, FAA approval of this version "is not an issue". Not sure what that means. Could be either it has already achieved FAA approval, or that the effort is shelved. I tend to suspect the former and not the latter. Upcoming IFE conferences may reveal something....
