Yes that means someone was actually on the property and took samples and did some work there.Hopefully.It says WORK PERFORMED (ASSAY, GEOL, VLF) APPROVED: 2010-OCT-23 $ 20,427 ASSAY MEANS LAB RESULTS FROM SAMPLES
