Bull Dawg and Brainlessone, et. al., conjugated equine estrogen(horse estrogen) is extracted from the urine of horses who are kept constantly pregnant, catheterized, and unable to move. Duramed pharmaceutical produces "Cenestin," a soy-based estrogen hormone replacement therapy. Duramed had an extremely difficult time getting FDA approval for "Cenestin." No need to tell you that WYE was significantly opposed to its approval in the U.S. About a year ago, Duramed merged with Barr Labs. I intend to call them and ask them whether they are conducting any long-term studies on the effects of "Cenestin," and, of course, to watch the stock (BRL) of Barr Labs.
