as far as consumption growth is concerned, the tax cut imposed by recent energy hikes...
Surely energy hikes don't imply "tax cuts." This is a pretty big tax increase (effectively speaking, as far as consumption is concerned), last time I checked, prices around here were well above $2/gallon.
