Hello AD: Thanks for the uplifting link. Here's how they apply to me:
1. Don't oversleep. I'm right in the middle at 7 hours. 2. Be optimistic. I'm way down at the bottom on this scale. 3. Have more sex. I boinked regularly and often and still ended up with prostate cancer. I'm still boinking without a prostate, thank goodness. 4. Get a pet. Does a parakeet count? 5. Get a VAP. What the heck is that? 6. Be rich. I'm not "rich" but am above the higher end of the profile. I'm good to go here. 7. Stop smoking. I quit about 10 years ago for all the good it did me. 8. Chill out. Not very good at chillin'. 9. Eat your antioxidants. I drink lots of cranberry juice. Does that count? 10. Marry well. My wife's parents are still going strong in their 80's. Doesn't help me, except that I find some comfort that my children will have a long life to suffer through.
I guess I'm batting about 500 on these items.
On an optimistic note, I may not last to the golden years. Then social security and being taxed twice on what I earned won't matter.
