well one of the pnf buy signals is a long tail reversal. these usually start @ 18 O's and omg now has 31. so its way oversold but the ?? remains as to has it reached bottom for a short term pop (min of 3 x's on the reversal).

as for explaining x's and o's of pnf I'd recommend reading Tom Dorsey's books on the subject.
