Tinymidas..Actually you might want to address that information to Patchman..He is the one that posted that he wanted to help the company get the part..He asked me to get that information from the company..I replied..since he was the one that brought it up..that he could call the company and tell them how concerned he is and that he could help them..I find it a great gesture for Patchman to want to help the company get the machine fixed..

The good news is that I read a post from patchman that said..

"Being involved in Capital Equipment Manufacturing in the past and involved in large test equipment these delays are vastly overstated."

So from his past experience it would seem that companies vastly overstate the delay..That is great news..So the company overstates that the machine might be down several more weeks and when it is fixed in a week they look much better..Like I said that is great news..

What I have noticed since the announcement is that many here seem to believe that it should only take a couple of days to fix..Again great news..

Thanks also for your help..I will be sure to email the company and tell them you said to "google" cnc repair NC..For as we all know..that is the best way to find an answer when you are in a hurry and are looking for parts from Europe..I will also be sure to tell them they have many on this board that are quite concerned about the machine going down and want to help..It would seem from the posts I have read..that many here were or are now CNC professional repairmen or know where to find one..
