The WSJ is doing more than simply reporting that TEVA's app is stuck in bureaucratic limbo, they are repeating what they were told by TEVA officials.

To me, that's stronger than simply reporting it, and when compared to TEVA's other statements, is yet another example of the company's duplicity.
