Note that in the first statement, QL Resources is identified as having the agreement with FASC-Malaysia.

The second statement identifies QLPP (QL Palm Pellet) as having the agreement with the others.

QLPP is a subsidiary of QL Resources. QL Resources is the whole company.

So that also leaves the door open for FASC-Malaysia to be doing business with other parts of QL Resources, in addition to the palm pelletising operation.
