Prefer that one..obviously..but I luv out of all the possible things that an 8-k can produce..3 of the 4 you show us were negative. There are many other things that can come out of an 8-K which you did not list...but of course 3 of the 4 u chose were negative. The only reason you put a positive in there was becuz my post was refereing to a merger.

Get it through your thick skull...THIS COMPANY IS NOT GOING BANKRUPT! There are too many big players involved...with lots of money. Having the funds to do this is not in question. Your motives are obviouse from this post. I was just trying back up what mach was saying and you come out of nowhere with this shit!
