make a major mistake like this? I still do not want to accept this, buy this looks like a very serious matter to me. I hope I am wrong. Our fate may have been sealed the day we got this News:


LAS VEGAS, Feb 17, 2005 (BUSINESS WIRE) --CMKM Diamonds Inc. (Pink Sheets: CMKX) today announced the reinstatement of its reporting status under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 through the filing of an amended Form 15.


This started the time clock ticking and now the Company cannot meet the SEC Deadline? WHAT? Man am I confused! Mach1 please tell me it aint so. My hands are sweaty.
