The "E" comes on when a company is late in filing. After a month the "E" comes off and they go to the pinks if they have not filed. If they do file the "E" comes off and all is well.

CMKX already went through the "E' going on and coming off.

I don't know why the SEC seems to pick and choose which companies get revoked for not filing but it happened with SRCI and I believe there was a bunch of companies that it happened to this past summer.

I have to leave now but I will try to find the link to the companies that were targeted in the summer.

I would have never even thought about this, if it was not in the PR yesterday.
