The red flags were all there. Why in the hell anyone is hot on diamonds, I will never know. A diamond is nothing but a very hard rock until it's cut. Of course, the argument could be the flawlness stones are indeed worth something. But again, they aren't worth anything if the jeweler screws up on the carving. The investment should be in the jeweler, not the diamond.
