Due: If it's of interest, Marchant has a very detailed story on "GISBeX", a Costa Rican "Internet Reg S exchange" which lists CortDev & which Marchant says is controlled by Harold Bailey Gallison Jr, the guy who used to head up La Jolla Capital.
