As far as the E you are correct, you have to be Nasdaq OTCBB or Nasdaq to get the dreaded E. Yes we were OTCBB before the E. On VERT you are wrong. Do more DD. Enough talk about who VERT is I already know just like I did about the other I just explained to you.
