OK, I have seen the document in the same form posted here. I got a copy as a response to an email I sent to the person who posted on the board yesterday about a class action suit. There is no more of that document to post unless the person with the original will rescan and post.

If the document is accurate, it at least shows that in April of this year Jerry was acting as an agent for CDIV to discharge an obligation. Is this a conflict of interest? I can't say. Someone with more knowledge would have to answer that. It does however cause me to raise my eyebrow...

Some have a very abrasive way of posting information which causes people to mistrust what they say. I think sometimes this is a disservice to us all. We will all find out in the course of time what has transpired. Unfortunately the costs will be pretty high.
