You're not looking at the REORGANIZED TRONOX, you're looking at a monthly operating report.

Okay so figure Kronos has $1.3 billion in net sales for the year, according to the link below, Tronox is projecting $1.2 billion in net sales for the 2010 year according to page 5 of the document below.
