I think they should buy some existing producing properties and lean more heavily toward exploitation.

They are exploring with a onetime windfall from sales. Because exploration is so uncertain, I prefer exploration using a percentage of cash flow.

They need to run on cash flow.

I would like to see exploitation with exploration-in other words, more balance.

Having typed that, they could hit something.
