I thought the action in the gold stocks yesterday was from folks expecting the resistance area (317.60-318) to once again repel gold back to the downside. Assistance from the market manipulation team probably played a role also. Assuming this morning's levels hold and we close above 320, I would look for a sharp rebound in the gold stocks.
