I think someone decided better to get out at .0011 then if it falls back into 000s. Did you notice how quick theMMs brought the bid and ask down, takes tens of millions to tick up .0001 but only a few 100,000 to take it down. IMO, we are still in a down trend and better to keep our barrels dry and loaded for a lower pps.
