Interesting that they fail to mention he left Cisco in the year 2000 and has since been busy running a hedge fund. Perhaps he has done quite well in helping to drive nortel stock into the ground and now wants to turn it around. It could be viewed as positive in a sick sort of way but the market doesn't seem to think so. JMO
