Here’s the arithmetic:

1 – (1.00–0.40)(1.00–0.30)(1.00–0.90)(1.00–0.95) = 0.6409 ~ 64%

Why don't you use 0.60 and 0.70 in place of 0.40 and 0.30, respectively, or otherwise use 0.10 and 0.05 in place of 0.90 and 0.95, respectively? One of those approaches seems to make sense if you're using 40%, 30%, 10%, and 5% as the individual chances of success for each argument.
