Yesterday I called the branch manager of my local Scottrade office, and she had to look up what I was talking about.

After being on hold for a couple of minutes she gave the phone number 1-888-930-4644 and the KCCLLC web address of www.kccllc.net/wamu, and that's it.

I looked around the web site, but I did not see a ballot for me to sign.

Did your local Scottrade office have a ballot handy for you to sign?
