The SEC will provide the proof as they are investigating EIGH and the Monk's Den deal.

EIGH has been suspended from trading and people have lost a lot of money all the while the DEn faithful were advising to keep on buying.

Front loading only pays off if you are part of the insider group that bought early and sold off at the top.
