Your point has been addressed in prior posts on this board—e.g. in #msg-55885116. Teva might not consider development of a new attempt at Lovenox to be a productive use of its capital. Talk, on the other hand, costs next to nothing.

I'm sure HSP's and Amphastar's products are also dissimilar [to branded Lovenox], but not necessarily wrt something as obvious as a big disparity in average molecular weight.

I wouldn’t be so sure of that.
