Here is the thing about that...imo, it is a mountain out of a mole hill, contracts transferred sooner later never. It has nothing to do with the success or failure of this particular company, at this particular time. We obviously disagree. Either way speculation about intent is not evidence of wrong doing, which is where this conversation started. I am an investor in JBII because of those processors waiting for permits. WHATEVER KIND, HOWEVER MANY. When those processors get the green light I will make some money. At that point all the hand wringing will evaporate to it's rightful position of meaningless.
