I mostly agree mostly with what you are saying TAKI. I have been in this stock for a few years now. My take on it is that Eric once believe (as well as I) that he could move this company forward at a much quicker pace. But I think his confidence is beginning to wane as proven buy his actions to take a large salary. I believe he is trying to get some money (our money) out of this company in case he can't get this company to profitability. He has put a lot of years into it and has not accomplished the level of success he wanted to this point.
Unfortunately we are now paying for it. At this point I have to evaluate how much longer I want to support his dream and mine. It is hard to watch my investment drop in value daily. I probably would more supportive if he took a 150-200k salary, which would be more reasonable for a company loosing money. Or as you said, start buying stock on the open market to show his belief in the company.
