Near Osa where most farms are. Panama border - Teak Logs averaged twenty five years age- 375$ per meter cubed.This is .884 cents a Board foot. I think Tatf projects at 25 years for Teak to be worth about 4 dollars a BF. The oldest Teak at TATF planted 1993 will be 25 years in about 7 years and then the contract says after 25 years final harvest will be the end of TATF/Investor agreement.
